Do you compete with Fleetio or Samsara?
They serve different markets. They cover the US and enterprise. We cover Latin American SMBs with real local integrations (SIMIT, RUNT, SOAT, inspections), local-currency pricing and Spanish-speaking support from day 1.
Do you offer a GPS tracker?
No. We leave tracking to Geotab, Wialon, Detektor and similar — and integrate with them. Flotex is the operational layer: maintenance, fines, incidents, rentals, reports and the AI copilot.
Does it work for companies with 5 vehicles?
Yes, but the sweet spot is 10 to 200. Below 10 a well-kept spreadsheet may still be enough; above 200 you may need the Enterprise plan with custom integrations.
Which vehicle classes are supported?
Three from day 1: light (private), heavy_cargo and yellow_public (taxis, vans, buses). EV fleets arrive in phase 1.5.
How does the WhatsApp copilot work?
Send a photo of a fine and we import it via OCR. Ask "how many SOAT expire this month?" and the bot answers with the list. You get an executive summary every Monday. AI only saves verifiable time — it is not a ChatGPT wrapper.
What about my data?
Strict multi-tenant isolation by organization_id on every query. Encrypted daily backups in Cloudflare R2. Self-managed infrastructure on Contabo + Easypanel for full control over data residency.
